To help a mass merchandiser’s shoppers navigate the overwhelming beauty department, Brand Connections launched a premium, in-store beauty advisor continuity program operating in hundreds of stores across several markets.  Shoppers at participating stores engage with in-aisle consultants who provide tips, tricks, and product recommendations customized for each unique shopper. Brand Connections services include staffing, education curriculum (including leveraging our proprietary SCOOP online training portal), vendor management, and omni-channel strategy and activation
